BOOKING ONLINE POLICY:
All our available appointments are visible on our online booking system. For online bookings please note that this will require a booking fee of £10 or £20 (for longer appointment slots) to secure the appointment which will be deducted from the treatment price.
The cancellation period is over 168 hours (one week) prior to your appointment. If you cancel less than 168 Hours prior to your appointment appointment you will not have the £10/£20 booking fee returned or transferred to another appointment. Any rearrangements will require a new booking fee.
Alternatively you can ring 01282 705392 and place a non-refundable £10/£20 booking fee to which the cancellation policy above applies.
Please do not bring children that cannot attend unsupervised as they are not allowed to come into the treatment room with you.
Please avoid booking other people under your name unless it is for yourself.
Please ensure that you are happy to proceed knowing the risk that you might need to self isolate and would be charged for not being able to attend an appointment.
